[Libclc-dev] libclc-dev list is moving to llvm.org *tomorrow* (4 Aug) 9am PDT

Hi all,

I am planning to move the libclc-dev list to llvm.org tomorrow (4 Aug),
together with the other LLVM lists. I will close the list to posting around 9am
PDT, and the new address will be libclc-dev at lists.llvm.org, which should become
ready for posting around the same time as the other LLVM lists. The subscriber
list will be moving as well, so there will be no need to re-subscribe.
