[Libclc-dev] Install location for libclc.pc has changed

Hi,

As of commit r190107 libclc.pc will now be installed to
$prefix/share/pkgconfig rather than $prefix/lib/pkgconfig.
It is recommended that you remove the old libclc.pc file
from your system so that any application or library that
depends on libclc will be sure to find the correct version.

You may also need to add $prefix/share/pkgconfig to your PKG_CONFIG_PATH
environment variable.
