[Libclc-dev] Libclc commit access

Hello Peter,

I have been working on implementing additional builtin functions for libclc for a while now in combination with Tom Stellard.  I already have access to the llvm repository, but I was wondering if you would gave any objections to my also committing changes to libclc after either positive review feedback or a week of non-response on the mailing list (I believe that these are the same terms that Tom is working with as well.
