I've gone ahead and implemented the entrypoint through the reference of `pthread` 's `__pthread_cleanup_*` methods, it was relatively forward and introduced a `add_thread_atexit_callback()` method that uses the thread-local exit callback manager.

I'm not aware of what nature of tests I should be implementing, could you elaborate me on that?
