I don't really have an alternative (yet), but I'm not particularly happy with the idea of undefining macros defined by others (particularly if there's no guarantee that the other header was included, which means the overall result depends on the order in which the headers are included. `#pragma push_macro` would at least make this Not Our Problem(tm), but I'm hesitant to suggest that, as we have a total of one occurrence of that pragma right now. I'd be curious to hear what @kaladron  thinks about this though. (also, see https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/227961#discussion_r4154991702)
