Ugh, that's unfortunate. I thought that build formatter allows multiple named arguments in a single line (and 80 cols don't apply for Bazel). I'm OK with restoring `has_def_template=False` then. But maybe adding `# buildifier: keep sorted` for this list will both keep it in alphabetical order (which is convenient) and relax the line breaks.
