Also what I saw was the `f16sqrt`, `f16sqrtf`, `f16sqrtI' were made constexpr and tried testing the above with the following CMake command using GCC to see if it works or not
```cmake -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=gcc -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=g++ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug \
  -DCMAKE_POLICY_DEFAULT_CMP0141=NEW -DLLVM_ENABLE_RUNTIMES=libc -G Ninja -S ../runtimes```
