Subject: [PATCH 1/5] [libc] Add functions to send/recv messages
This patch adds the necessary functions to send and receive messages
over a socket. Those functions are: accept, bind, connect, listen, recv,
recvfrom, recvmsg, send, sendto, and sendmsg.
