if possible, it would be good to move the `WaitingQueue` class outside of the `RwLock` class. This is both for potential reusability, but also for readability. The current design has a class (`Guard`) inside a class (`WaitingQueue`) inside a class (`RwLock`) which makes it hard to tell which functions go where and what's private or public.
