So the failing MPFR test (`libc.test.src.math.ddivl_test.__unit__.__NO_FMA_OPT`) is still not being built even in overlay mode. That test that passes is the smoke test (`libc.test.src.math.smoke.ddivl_test.__unit__.__NO_FMA_OPT`).

Are you sure you have MPFR installed on your machine?
