[flang-dev] Flang ABI

Hi there,

I was wondering which ABI flang is going to support, in the context of
calling libraries produced by flang from other languages like C or Julia.
I found https://github.com/flang-compiler/flang/issues/89 , but that is
about old-flang and not f18.

Is flang going to follow
