[flang-dev] Regarding documentation and integration with LLVM

This is in reference to

It is mentioned that top level documentation would be uploaded by mid-June.

Please let me know if you the same is done and what is the location to
access these documents. Also, please suggest about any tentative timeline
by which f18 would be integrated with LLVM.
