While testing this PR, I hit a pre-existing internal error when an implied-DO array constructor used for bounds and a later `ubound` inquiry reuse the same index name. It reproduces at the merge base too, so I filed it as https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/224960 rather than raising it here.
