Whole-record copies now produce the correct register-derived field values.

The new test's CHECK lines still accept swapped `y` and `z` destinations. I took the pass output, swapped only those two `fir.coordinate_of` field selectors, and left the rest unchanged. `fir-opt` accepts the modified IR, and FileCheck still passes.

Could the checks capture the original destination and require each register-derived value to be stored through its matching field address? They should reject that permutation while retaining the existing register-selection and one-based-adjustment checks.
