It would help to understand what exact problem you are trying to solve if you first submit an issue, the exact reproducers, and your results with the other compilers. Any discussions can then happen on the issue, where they will be visible and can be easily found later. Discussions on PRs are not as visible and are hard to find later when researching similar problems.
