Do you know there would be benefits from using some rule on what should be evaluated first or last instead of using an arbitrary reordering?

I assume in cases like `x = x + ...` and `x = ..... + x` or `x = ... + x + ...`, there may be a better choice with regards to when the x load and add should be in the chain (probably as late as possible?).
