I tested extending `fir::isRecordWithAllocatableMember` and, as you anticipated, it ran into an ICE in `MapInfoFinalizationPass` due to the ongoing refactoring.

We'll keep the local helper in `DoConcurrentConversion.cpp` for this PR to avoid that interaction and keep the change focused. I've also pushed the update addressing MattPD's FileCheck comment.
