Sorry for the wait and thanks for your work for this PR. Alongside regressions for the findings above, could you:
- Add mapper coverage for unused ranges, folded-away references, empty-range suppression, and multi-block locator expressions.
- After stacking on #197757, the new MLIR 0:10 test needs explicit inclusive to retain its expected 11 iterations.
- Replace the non-default-lower-bound TODO expectation with supported coverage from #197757.
- Reconcile the positive plain-TARGET test: #197757 currently diagnoses that form rather than emitting unsupported target captures.
