Done. All review comments addressed:
- embox.fir: per-RUN AGG_ALIGN (tco=8, flang_fc1=4 on s390x)
- optimization-remark.f90: -march=z13 inline on the 4 RUN lines
- complex-div-to-llvm-kind16.f90: F128_ALIGN variable
- map-types-and-sizes.f90: ALLOCA_ALIGN variable
- systemz.* dropped from default-initialization-globals.f90 and data08.f90
- Description expanded with the three causes
