I see, so while the fake_use and debug_value applied to the same LLVM IR virtual register, it cannot easily be enforced that they will refer to the same physical register.

Thanks. Yes, I think I would rather limit it to `-g` and `AddDebugInfo` so that we avoid increasing the IR size for all the early passes and to avoid having to find these back in `AddDebugInfo`.
