It is meant to test the __int128 specializations. Testing both, Detail:: and Common:: was an AI suggestion. In this case its tests whether e.g. common::Detail<const __int128> routes correctly through the `using` statement, so not a pure self-test.

Testing without AVOID_NATIVE_UINT128_T would mean it has to be in a different file.
