This is only a partial implementation. Simply providing the address of the host's variable doesn't mean each thread gets a new copy allocated and deallocated correctly.

I would advise re-using what is done for ordinary privatization: creating the omp.private op containing the code required for correct initialization and de-initialization of the allocatable varaible, then updating the OpenMPToLLVMIRConversion step to inline those parts in the correct place.
