If I understood the issue correctly, I introduced the issue in [this commit](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/b0b1ab8a40f2b91041ad102aa28fec2e84f9b76e) two weeks ago on January 15, 2 days after the release branch, so this should be OK.
