I do not know, but I think it should. I noticed https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/126451 is one of the issues for the meta-issue regarding removing the experimental status. 

I have tagged @kparzysz as well. If we are planning to merge #137852 before the branching, then I can close this PR. From my end, I am trying to complete review of #137852 the soonest possible.
