It was an alias for OmpDirectiveName, which could cause confusion in parse-tree visitors: a visitor for OmpDirectiveNameModifier could be executed for an OmpDirectiveName node, leading to unexpected results.

Subject: [PATCH] [flang][OpenMP] Make OmpDirectiveNameModifier a distrinct
type
It was an alias for OmpDirectiveName, which could cause confusion in
parse-tree visitors: a visitor for OmpDirectiveNameModifier could be
executed for an OmpDirectiveName node, leading to unexpected results.
