The pointer descriptor might be smaller than the target descriptor,
so `operator=` would write beyound the pointer descriptor.

Subject: [PATCH] [flang] Fixed write past allocated descriptor in
PointerAssociateRemapping.
The pointer descriptor might be smaller than the target descriptor,
so `operator=` would write beyound the pointer descriptor.
