I did a basic build and ran check-flang, and all looked good.  Then I ran our full internal test suited and got many failures.  I'm currently doing more testing to narrow things down.

Please do not merge until you hear from me again.

Also, please let me know if you have access to the NAG test suite.  If so, that will simplify our communication.
