Thank you for addressing my comments Andrew, I've got a few nits left after a second look, but they should be trivial and this looks nearly ready to me.

I marked as resolved my prior comments that have been addressed, but there are a couple that I left open because they don't seem to have been incorporated yet. Let me know if this is just because you don't think these documentation suggestions improve readability.
