LOG: [MLIR][LLVM] Make DISubprogramAttr cyclic (#106571)
This commit implements LLVM_DIRecursiveTypeAttrInterface for the
DISubprogramAttr to ensure cyclic subprograms can be imported properly.
In the process multiple shortcuts around the recently introduced
DIImportedEntityAttr can be removed.
