[cfe-users] Linker to use for cross compiling

I am attempting to use clang to cross compile for ARMv7a.  I have Clang
generating a .o file that appears to be an ARM binary.  I would like to use
LLD for a linker, but it doesn't appear to support ARM.  Is there a
recommended linker to use?

I am running on a Windows x86_64 system.
