[cfe-users] Some questions about CLang on windows

Hi,

I can not understand whether CLang is self-sufficient? Does it provide
alternatives for binutils(as, ld), or it still depends on binutils?

The next question is, what's the difference with what compiler CLang
for windows is built(mingw, msvc, intel)?
