[cfe-dev] Want to Work on Open Clang Project

Some undefined behavior checking support is already implemented under
-fsanitize=undefined - so maybe taking some small/sample programs with
undefined behavior, seeing if the undefined behavior sanitizer catches
them, and if not, consider if/how it could be made to catch it.
