[cfe-dev] [GSoC] Is the Clang AST extension project available?

Good afternoon,
I was wondering whether the "Extend clang AST to provide information for the type as written in template instantiations." project from the ideas list is still up for grabs. It is listed in the 2020 section, but it is also referenced in this year's ideas list. 
If it happens to be available, I'd be happy to apply.

I also wanted to ask about time requirements throughout GSoC. Is it possible to have, for example, two weeks off for finals and graduation?
