[cfe-dev] clang built from source in Mac OSX 10.14 with apple-clang/Xcode missing stdlib from include search path

I used to rely on Jens' patch in my "How to Build LLVM From Source" blog
post; but as of March 2020 (or earlier), I found that the need for it had
gone away, at least on OSX 10.14.6. I believe patch

On the other hand, I have *completely* given up on trying to build
LLVM/Clang on OSX 10.*13*.6 anymore.
