Hi All,

In case this went unnoticed, the EuroLLVM'19 program is now available at
https://llvm.org/devmtg/2019-04/#talks

Also note that the early bird rate for registration

will end on Feb 26th, 2019.

Last but not least, we have reserved a block of rooms at the place where
the conference is held ( Le Plaza Brussels
