[cfe-dev] Anyone uses Clang 3.8 and higher on Windows with MinGW-w64?

I can't get it to work, Clang 3.8, 3.9 and 4.0 appear to ignore PATH
environment variable and fail to find MinGW headers, while Clang 3.7
and 3.7.1 can find and use them just fine.

Anyone tried Clang 3.8+ versions with MinGW-w64?
