[cfe-dev] 403 when accessing clang analyzer builds

To whom it may concern,

The download links that are normally present at
http://clang-analyzer.llvm.org/installation.html are currently missing.
Could this be related to the other similar issues? Previous urls such as
http://clang-analyzer.llvm.org/downloads/checker-277.tar.bz2 return a 403.

Could someone with the appropriate permissions take a look?
