[cfe-dev] release notes page - download not working -- forbidden

Hi everyone!

I was able to access and download the latest version (checker-279)  from this site a couple of days ago, but now that I need to install the app on a different computer, I always get refused permission to access it.  

Has anything changed lately?  I’ve tried on multiple machines and had no luck what-so-ever.  Any help would be appreciated!
