[cfe-dev] libc++ regression

Whew. Had me worried for a moment.
I did make it a point to put that file outside of 'support', as I saw
some cmake variables that suggest that some people don't install
'support'. It's still possible I missed something, but so far none of
the build bots have yelled at me.
