[cfe-dev] Fixing silly build dependencies

[<Alexander G. Riccio> via cfe-dev]

There are some funny build order dependencies in Clang, like
clangStaticAnalyzerCore depending on ClangARMNeon. How do I remove them?
The CMakeLists.txt files are quite hard to understand.
