Is there another way of doing post-commit review? Maybe GitHub has a
way to "subscribe" to all the changes? So we could monitor the
repositories we want without receiving a lot of spam.

Anyway, we probably should have a repo (maybe in llvm-projects) with
all the git server hooks and admin scripts. Or a meta-repo with LLVM's
and Swift's scripts.
