Yes that's what I meant about asking for information about how they use LLVM and contributions. It would not be an anonymous survey. I just was thinking it would be better to have an organized way of getting votes/opinions without all the emails and discussion. I think discussion is important of course but it can be hard to follow everything and for some to chime in.
Anyways, just an idea.
