[cfe-dev] Doxygen documentation isn't updated for clang-tools-extra

Just an update. I needed to fix up the script for all doxygen generation to move to cmake. I’m doing some tests to confirm I have everything right and will turn on the nightly build again tonight but will update you again once I feel its running smoothly for a few nights.
