IMHO, the openmp shared library falls in the same category as the c++ one
and should have some so versioning (whether it is libiomp5.1.dylib or
libiomp5.5.dylib) like libc++ does as /usr/lib/libc++.1.dylib on darwin.
That seems like a rational reason for renaming as opposed to just for
branding politics.
