[cfe-dev] Register for the 2015 LLVM Developers' Meeting!

Thanks, Tanya!

The sign-up form has a mandatory "Gender" dropdown – could that be removed?
(If it's there for T-Shirts, maybe have a "T-Shirt preference" dropdown
instead.) If there's a good reason for that field, maybe add more options
than just "male" and "female" (at least "other" and "decline to state").
