[cfe-dev] Detecting -fsanitize=unreachable using __has_feature

Hi All
Not sure if this is the right forum as the question is more or less user
related.

Have tried searching a bit on google. But could not found any relevant info.

Could somebody hint me on how to detect if -fsanitize-unreachable is
supported by clang in cpp code
