I guess I should also plug the 32-bit Windows builder I set up that
probably uses the same buildbot master config:
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/clang-x86-win2008-selfhost/

Both of these bots build a stage1 with MSVC and then do a stage2 build with
clang-cl, and then run the tests in stage2.
