[cfe-dev] LLVM buildmaster will be restarted today after 6 PM Pacific time

I think all of the builders have **stopped doing builds** that were queued up 
after this restart. All of them (even the fast bots) have a large list of 
pending jobs, but there's only two that are building anything... and those two 
seem to be hung up on an svn operation:

Any idea why this is happening?
