i've found why it was unavailable to find target - changed
InitializeNative* to InitializeAll* methods (see lli source code).
Anyway now i'm just getting exception as i wrote before.
I've posted bug report (http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=21012) with:
1. full issue description
2. static library sources
3. lib build script
4. ios app that uses lib and where you can reproduce exception
i hope my efforts will be awarded and someone fix it.
also i will do my best in order to fix it ASAP.
