[cfe-dev] Why isn't PostStmt<DeclStmt> invoked? with code to reproduce.

I just noticed my typo in the outs() messages, where I'm printing "Pre" in
both cases. While I *wish* this was the source of my troubles, it is not :
)  Fixing the logging does not change the output.
